Personal Consultation: £150

A 60-minute one-to-one online session for things that are hard to sort out alone, such as work, career and life abroad. I go through your situation with you, and tell you plainly what I can from my own experience. If another professional or service would suit you better, I will say so. Career Support

From writing your CV to adjusting your documents for each position and preparing for interviews, I support your job search and applications.

CV / Japanese résumé writing: £350

A 60-minute interview about your experience, strengths and the work you want next. I then prepare an English CV for applications in the UK and overseas, or a Japanese résumé for applications in Japan. This is not simply a translation or an edit of an existing document.

The fee includes the interview, organising your experience and achievements, preparing the document, one round of revisions following the first draft, and delivery of the final version. Tailoring documents for specific applications is covered separately under Application Support.

Application Support: £250

The same ongoing support as in the package below (up to 3 months or 5 positions, whichever comes first). Available only to clients whose CV was written by Here For You.

CV & Application Support Package: £600

CV writing as above, plus support from the day your CV is completed for up to 3 months or 5 positions, whichever comes first. This covers reviewing job descriptions, tailoring your CV for each application, writing cover letters, choosing which experience to emphasise, interview preparation and advice, and questions about your career during that period. Ordinary interview preparation is included.

CV & Application Support Package for Executive: £10,000

A tailored career application support package for senior executives seeking new leadership or executive-level positions. Support may include an in-depth career interview, executive CV preparation, application strategy, tailoring application documents for specific roles, and interview preparation. The scope, duration and deliverables are agreed individually before payment.

Practical Support (UK)

Some things abroad need someone to be there in person. Practical Support is available in the UK only, and centres on rented homes.

Inventory Check-in / Check-out Support: from £350 per visit

Check-in: I attend the inventory check-in with you, check the condition of the property, record scratches, stains and faults in photos, and where needed write to the landlord or letting agent so that the condition at move-in is on record.

Check-out: I attend the inventory check-out, check the condition and anything the inventory clerk points out, and report to you with photos. If you have already left the UK, tell me what you need.

For Organisations

For companies without a full-time HR specialist, and for HR teams that need experienced help for a period.

Ongoing HR advisory: custom quote

An external HR adviser you can consult when you need to, on recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, HR policy and HR at overseas sites. Monthly or for a fixed period.

Project-based HR support: custom quote

HR support for a limited period, for example reorganisations, redundancy and employee relations, opening or closing offices, new or revised HR policies, and performance management. I can take the whole project or part of it. Where legal judgement is needed, I work with an employment lawyer.

Training, workshops and talks: custom quote

Designed around your topic, audience and purpose, such as interviewer training, performance management, employee engagement and cross-cultural management.
