This policy applies to all services offered by Here For You. All fees are in GBP. Appointment times are stated in UK time in the confirmation we send you.
Cancellation by Here For You
If we cancel an appointment or cannot provide an agreed service, we will offer an alternative arrangement or a refund for the service not provided.
Online sessions (Personal Consultation and the CV interview)
Personal Consultations and CV interviews may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or for non-attendance, the session fee is normally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.
Career Support (CV writing, Application Support and packages)
Once work on a Career Support service has begun, refunds for services already provided will not normally be available.
Any refund for work not yet provided will be assessed in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable consumer law.
For the Executive package, specific cancellation and refund terms are also agreed in writing before payment.
Practical Support (UK)
Inventory Check-in / Check-out appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.
For other Practical Support services, cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before payment.
Services for organisations
Cancellation and refund terms for corporate clients are agreed in writing as part of the quotation or service agreement.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Where a refund is required under statutory cancellation rights, it will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to applicable law.

Your statutory rights
If you purchase a service as a consumer online, by email or by telephone, you will generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after the contract is made.
If you expressly request that a service begins during this 14-day period and subsequently cancel before it is fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by law.
If the service has been fully performed following your express request and your acknowledgement that you will lose your statutory cancellation right once the service is completed, that right may no longer apply.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
